Throughout the winter months (October to end March/April) we run weekly turbo sessions that members and non-members are welcome to join.

Location – Torre Valley North gym

Time – 6.30pm start and advise arriving from 6.15pm to allow time to set up and start on time

Price – £2 for member and £3 for non-members, this includes turbo hire if required and all funds raised goes directly to Torbay Tri

Parking – limited parking available but it’s free and also free on-street parking nearby

Equipment – turbo trainers are provided and first come basis, bring your bike, drink, towel and change of clothes. Running shoes are aso suggested for when we run brick sessions or if you fancy a jog after.

Ability – the turbo session are designed for all abilities to participate in and regardless of experience. The aim is for them to be constructive and fun, allowing you to feel like you achieved something and can take skills away to own training.

Duration – the session are approximately one hour, although could run slightly longer and there is the option to run after too

Coaches – the sessions are run by Jon Pressling (British Triathlon level 2 coach) and Hamish Renton (British Triathlon level 2 coach in training)

Changing – there are no changing facilities in the gym.
